The offer includes accommodation with diving and fishing programs, the latter in collaboration with Marlin Nautical and Marinas. Personalized welcome and services, rooms near the sea, exclusive facilities and a guaranteed reservation at specialized restaurants à la carte, among other added values, figure in these specialized tourism offers. The diving program (for certified divers only) includes four dives for five-night minimum stays, while sport fishing packages include fly and deep sea fishing patterns, with half day at the sea during the stay in each case. These programs are the result of collaboration between Sol Meliá Cuba and the branch of the Marlin Nautical and Marinas in Jardines del Rey, north of Ciego de Avila province, some 500 km east of Havana. Cayo Coco and Cayo Guillermo warm waters house more than 30 diving sites in a large coral reef about 1-2 miles of these islands. Clear waters at depths ranging from 5 to 40 meters, and abundant fish species according to season characterize the place. In the area there are three diving centers: Blue Diving, located at Melia Cayo Coco hotel beach, Coco Diving, located at Tryp Cayo Coco, and Green Moray, located in Melia Cayo Guillermo. In terms of fishing, Marlin has Cayo Guillermo International Marina, and Paredón and Aguas Tranquilas nautical bases, both in Cayo Coco.
