Jardines del Rey is a group of keys, islands and islets baptized by Spaniards between 1513 and 1514 as Jardines del Rey, to honor Fernando the Catholic.
Cayo Coco and Cayo Guillermo, two of the most well known, are natural sceneries for nautical activities and entertainment. Beaches, Coralline Reef and woody vegetation are abundant as well as an exotic fauna like pink flamingoes.
Cayo Coco and Guillermo are located at the North of Ciego de Ãvila, between Sancti SpÃritus and Camagüey.
