Owned for several years to the Cultural Heritage Division of the Office of the Historian of the City, the Napoleonic Museum, located on Calle San Miguel no. 1159, between Ronda and Mason in Central Havana, exhibits among its most significant pieces of Napoleon's death mask, brought by the last doctor who attended Napoleon on St. Helena, Dr. Francesco Antommarchi, who died in Santiago de Cuba. They also found a telescope that Napoleon used, a coat when he was first consul and a picture with the signing of Andrea Appiani. In addition to an extensive library dedicated to Napoleon, the institution brings an important numismatic collection, and a broad representation of paintings of the time.
